🔥❄⚡Templar Talents Have Been Completed! Have Fun!

421: Early Access 0.18.21 - July 8, 2023 9:50 PM EST
• Completed Templar talents! Choose your destiny! Since Templars are the only class with talents finished, expect them to be OP until the rest are finished! The game will not be balanced, but hopefully everyone still has fun! 😊😀😎
• You can now reset your talents at the Academy. The talent reset cost increases on a graduated scale with your level. Choose wisely!
• Completed the descriptions and tooltips for templar talents.
• Added reduced spell resistance to the stats tab.
• Town chat is now enabled throughout your dungeon crawl by default.
• Improved iconography for the attack symbol in the combat log and the talent sheet.
• Fixed the very silly Molten Sigil duration tooltip.
• Players now appear in a much cooler order in town. If you stay in a channel for a long time, you'll appear near the top on all clients.
• The general options section in the main menu now allow you to select your maximum frame rate.
• Delayed combat tooltips are now off by default.
• Some values can now be displayed as fractions such as enhanced ice damage could be +15.4%.
• Fixed a server-side bug caused by a race condition that caused the shop to not reset its data properly in some cases.
• Some skills' random splash targeting logic now has slightly more variety instead of a highly predictable targeting pattern.

Talent UI now in "read only" mode for Templars

420: Early Access 0.18.20 - June 28, 2023 10:30 PM EST
• The Templar talent UI is mostly finished, but nothing is actually functional. Feel free to check it out and dream about our bright, happy future together.
• Adjusted item tier bonuses in nightmare and hell difficulties. Came up with a special algorithm that will make everyone happy.
• Item tier loot bonuses only apply for players that meet a secret level requirement for the mission's difficulty. This prevents a bunch of level 1 heroes joining up just to apply a loot bonuses.
• Passive skills now display the total skill level including bonuses from items. The value will appear in gold if the skill is maxed.
• Messed with item level requirements on exceptional, elite items some more to create more debate in Discord.
• Fixed a bug that caused player resource bars overflow their containers sometimes.
• Fixed a bug that allowed resource regen to work while dead in some circumstances.
• Players in chat lobbies are now ordered by join time instead of level. Previously, ordering by level was useful for inviting similar level players, but nobody really does that anymore. This also makes it easier to identify players that just joined the lobby.

⭐Improved loot incentives for playing with a full party, bug fixes and more 🐛🐜

417: Early Access 0.18.17 - June 23, 2023 8:55 AM EST
• Full parties can no longer use /players 1 to reap easy higher tier loot. It will now take the lower value of the /players setting and the actual party size.
• There is now an EXTRA bonus to finding higher tier loot for having a full party.
• The King's rewards have been improved and are much more likely to provide higher tier drops.
• There is no longer a "bonus" for playing solo, but this will make playing as a duo noticeably more beneficial in terms of item drops.
• Additional mob health per party member has been slightly reduced.
• Zamtil's faster cast rate bonus has been fixed.
• When creating a character in single player mode, the new character will now properly appear on the title screen without having to refresh.
• Higher tier drops have been improved while in single player mode.

Improved drop rates for nightmare and hell while in a full party. Try it out!

416: Early Access 0.18.16 - June 22, 2023 8:55 AM EST
• You are now much more likely to find exceptional and elite items when you have more party members. The /players command does not affect these odds. So if you want to see higher tier drops more often, slay dragons with friends! Higher tier drops are least to most common from normal, champion, unique, and boss mobs (in that order). In other words, higher tier mobs are more likely to reward you for killing them!

More racial differences, group bug fixes, and improved timeout behavior

415: Early Access 0.18.15 - June 11, 2023 11:05 PM EST
• Characters now have varying health, mana, and resource values based on their race. Previously it only factored in your class, but race is now factored also. For example, an ogre warrior will have quite a bit more maximum health than a gnome warrior. This is not balanced, but adds to the lore and provides tougher challenges to anti-meta experienced players.
• Improved the timeout logic to boot players more quickly when their connection dies. This will also make it possible to join games with linkdead players more easily.
• Fixed the transfer of level difference game data for party members. When they were promoted, they were not properly received the game's proper join settings.
