• Proc messages are no longer translated. Instead they display a standard message regardless of language setting.

• Exceptional unique rings, amulets, and charms can now boost a more varied list of skills. They would often roll bonuses for casters, but they can also roll bonuses for tanks and other classes, too.
• Rare weapons can now roll higher enhanced damage values (again).

• Fixed several unique items that had enhanced damage to specific mob types. This change is not retroactive.
