Multiplayer

Blue souls no longer drop items on death in multiplayer.
Synced over world dungeon status in multiplayer.
Fix for client offhand magic bolt using main hand weapon rarity type.
All quest share exp in multiplayer.
PVP Blocking other players will now stun them.

Combat changes
Quick attacks now drain drain stamina.
Quick attacks now have a .1s refresh timer.
Stamina now regenerates as long as you are not attacking or charged.

Bug fixes
Updated hermit dungeon texture.
Blacksmith text fix.
Demiurge HP increased.
Enemy health re-balanced.
Added animation when going into a dungeon.
Magic damage now displayed in the GUI.
