The Fall Sale has begun!

Hello, everyone!

With the Fall Sale here, it feels like winter is just around the corner. On an unrelated note, we made a winter version of the SRPG Studio package illustration XD

In this update, we fixed a bug where videos would fail to play on games packaged and released on Windows 7. We also confirmed that the editor and games work properly on Windows 11.

By the way, we released a DLC called "SRPG Studio Magic Effects Collection Vol2" the other day. This DLC is useful if you're looking to spice up your game's entire screen with advanced magic effects.

SRPG Studio 1.247 Update Released!

Hello, everyone!
We have now released version 1.247.

New Features:
  • Added setMultiTileArray method to ScriptUnit object.
    A unit can occupy multiple tiles.
  • Updated the official plugin renderer-conditionalshow.js.
    This file supports setMultiTileArray.
  • Updated the official plugin $highlevel-resolution.js.
    Added an example of using getHardwareScreenSizeArray.
  • Added custom-animationframevoice.js to the official plugin.


Bug Fixes:
  • Fixed a bug where fusion commands would fail for caught units.

SRPG Studio 1.246 Update Released!

Hello, everyone!
We have now released version 1.246.

New Features:
  • Added system-overlimit.js to the official plugins.
    Disable the upper limit set by "Max Stats" in "Database/Config2".
  • Added custom-animationframesound.js to the official plugins.
    Multiple sound effects can be set for custom parameters of the animation frame.


Bug Fixes:
  • Fixed a bug that caused character illustrations to shift when running soft fullscreen on maps smaller than the screen resolution.

SRPG Studio 1.244 Update Released!

Hello, everyone!
We have now released version 1.244.

Bug Fixes:
  • Fixed a bug when skipping the "Command Jump" event command.
  • Fixed a bug when using "Copy to Original Motions" with single-selected runtime motions.
  • Fixed a bug where invalid data would be kept in the unit's item slot and not set to null.

Hello, everyone! We've prepared two map images so game developers like you can make maritime maps right away.

These png files come with smap files. By dragging and dropping these smap files into SRPG Studio, you can create maps, add resources, and add terrain all in a snap!

The DLC comes with 3 battle backgrounds for when battles take place on these maps.
