Patch 0.6

General Notes
  • Added new arena for the Mech region
  • Added new VFX to help users know when their crasher is poisoned
  • Added new VFX to help users know when their crasher has been marked for death by plague
  • Added new ability called Spark which disables crashers for 1 turn when they are hit


Fixes
  • Hovering over a unit that dies was causing the hovering information to stay on screen
  • End game UI for win/lost particles were not working after Unity update way back when
  • Collision sparks VFX was not working for player 2 and respecting the vertical y position flip
  • Shockwave ability now properly takes out Magic Barrier instead of bypassing and damaging the unit
  • UI: Carousel image for Discord is no longer blurry
  • UI: Adjusted the scaling of UI elements in game to better scale and not overlap the playing field


Balance Changes
  • Sword Arms: New ability Spark

Patch 0.5

General Notes
  • Added in a new UI when hovering over a unit to help aid the player with a bit more information. Should be more helpful to newer players still learning about all the abilities on a unit. This UI for veteran players will showcase attribute information such as units with Plague, Poison, or Slow which can last 1 to many turns long.
  • Fix: Fixed Ghost Games which has prevented users from playing matches after entering queue and readying up
  • Fix: Small fix to VFX showing incorrectly for player 2

Patch 0.4

General Notes
  • Updating balance on a bunch of units to help shake out the meta
  • Introduced Ririka; a new unit into the game
  • New ability Absorb: Killing a unit grants +1 attack
  • New ability Piercing Strike: Attack the lowest health unit behind the crasher you are attack.
  • Fixed a variety of bugs including getting the game back in a playable state
  • New VFX animations for various spells and abilities


Ririka

Ririka has two great abilities that work really well with each other. Piercing Strike that allows you to hit a unit behind the one you are attacking for free makes trading damage super valuable. The combination of that an Absorb that grants +1 attack on kill makes Ririka a very good scaling unit for clearing the board and keeping your opponent down!

When attacking an enemy unit, also attack the lowest health unit behind that one without taking damage back.

Killing a unit grants a permanent +1 attack to the unit

Fixes
  • Fix: Issue where Quick guard ability was hitting multiple times if you hit multiple units within its radius
  • Fix: Can no longer Quick guard totems
  • Fix: New users joining the join were crashing the server, this has been fixed and new users are now welcome back
  • Fix: Users were unable to buy Ethos currency from the store
  • Fix: Clicking the Crasher pass was opening up a blank screen, now redirects the user to the store page
  • New: Ethos currency price should show to the best of its ability the purchasing price in your local currency
  • Fix: Crashers with large tooltips during hover would have the UI jitter

Patch 0.3

General Notes
  • Added a basic level AI to the game for players wanting to play but no one was online
  • Adjusted the shooting UI to be a bit more clear


Fixes
  • Fixed: Crasher count gets out of sync causing placement issues
  • Fixed: Quickguard was not working causing the unit being quickguard to take the damage
  • Fixed: Placing a unit on top of an enemy causes them to take damage
  • Fixed: Can no longer power drain a unit already at 1hp
  • Fixed: Added logic to detect a ghost game, will end the lobby and place the user back into the main menu
  • Fixed: Purchasing items in the store was causues the game to freeze and stay locked at the spinner
  • Fixed: Tooltips being too large and going off screen

Patch 0.2

General
  • Updated game to work with new servers
