Community Localization Update #1

So we have some news to share! With the help of our translation team on Discord, we've begun the process of localizing the game. We're really excited and proud of what the team's been able to accomplish so far.

What's New?
We welcomed "Noggin [F]" in the Localization team!
And Thai is now a new language!
