Creatures and Stamina

-Major fixes to creatures attack patters. They will attack much more reliably and often.
-Edited attacks for Ember Ghost and Feral Soul.

-A icon attached to your Stamina bar now shows minimum needed Stam for your equipped spell cast.
-Balanced attack Stamina Costs, player Run Speed, and Creature Movement Speeds.
