【Function addition and adjustment】
・Added a function to forcibly disable the video save function that causes startup failure
* If 3tene does not start, start 3tene while holding down the Alt key.
In addition, the video saving function will be disabled if "Video Invalid.txt" is placed in the 3tene installation folder.
・Adjusted so that dialog responses can be handled with keyboard (Y, N, C)
・Adjust to automatically adjust text size in dialog

・Fixed not to perform unnecessary processing when webcam preview is hidden
・Fixed the webcam startup process
