【Function addition and adjustment】
・ Add frame rate to setting window (system) (vertical sync setting)
・ Add "Force to draw flag at model loading" to setting window (system) (default: ON)
・ Adjusted so that "Please wait" at startup is displayed quickly
・ Adjust to avoid unnecessary initialization
・ Face tracking (webcam) response, improvement of smoothness
-Adjust default settings
・ After face tracking, adjust the posture of model to return to the original by animation
・ Deleted unnecessary processing
【Bug fixes】
-Adjust avatar-modified to save outline
・ Fixed that camera operation by mouse can not be done right after startup
・ Fixed mouse wheel not to work if there is no cursor on 3tene window
・ Fixed that the button was not restored when the face tracking start failed.
・ Fixed blinking even with 0 blink sensitivity
・ Fixed fast blink in high frame rate environment
・ Fixed that blink did not stop
・ Fixed the problem that the face rotates when the first face tracking starts
