【Function addition and adjustment】
-Update OVRLipSync to 1.30.0
-Updated UnityCapture to 2019/04 / 08-master
・ Change start timing of virtual camera
・ Integrate the "Audio" tab of the setting window into the "System" tab
-Add "Information" tab to the setting window. (IP address, PC configuration, version)
※ In the "Information" tab, a button to copy PC information to the clipboard is implemented.
【Bug fixes】
-Fixed the possibility of not switching from the start screen to the main screen
-Fix neck nick when using face tracking
-Fixed the possibility of flickering when inactive
・ Fixed that drawing might not be updated when inactive
・ Fixed to catch exception when loading no finger VRM
・ Fixed that recognition of VRM with no title could not be recognized correctly
・ Fixed that the recording device of lip sync did not switch
・ Fixed that responsiveness change is not applied when lip sync is "voice"
