■Function Expansion/Adjustments
- Added functionality to view movies.
- Reduced the processing load for displaying merchant icons.

■Bug fixes
- Corrected an issue in which, after switching the launcher language, some buttons would remain in the previous language.
- Corrected an issue in which, if a certain procedure was performed from "Register Orig. Officer" - "Load RTK 13 Orig. Officer", data could not be loaded correctly.
