■Function Expansion/Adjustments
Added functionality to "View BGM" from "Collection" on the Start Menu.
Added functionality to change to "30 FPS" and "60 FPS" from the launcher's "Options".
Added functionality to change sound to "2.0ch" or "5.1ch" from the Start Menu's "Options".
Adjusted the AI during counterattacks.
Adjusted the AI for strategies related to personnel.
Adjusted the balance of Duels.
Now, Public Order decreases when the "Placation" command fails.
Eased the conditions for decreasing Public Order even if the "Hidden Poison" command fails.
Added functionality to change the volume of Environmental Sounds from Options.
Adjusted the effects that are granted when officers with the "Planner" trait execute "Plots" commands.
Now, similar to when an alliance is dissolved, when an alliance ends, the diplomatic stance and loyalty of affiliated officers change depending on where they are positioned.
Improved the location that is initially focused on when configuring system settings, as well as the highlighting of selected locations.
- Improved the visibility of levels and costs within the "Administration" command.

■Bug fixes
Changed the name of "Legend of the Galactic Heroes" collab character Cazerne's Tactic to "Logistic Support".
Now, when the target of a "Division" disappears, the information of each item is correctly updated when "Delegation Policy" is updated to "Full Delegation".
- Corrected an issue in which, if a specific procedure was performed when using the "March" command, officers that were removed from a list were inadvertently displayed.
- Corrected an issue in which, if a specific procedure was performed when using the "Learn" command, unintended Tactics would become candidates for deletion.
- Corrected an issue in which, by using the "Learn" command, Tactics could be deleted for officers that did not possess 10 Tactics.
- Corrected an issue in which, the game would return to the title screen after selecting the close button immediately before ending the "Advancement Phase".
- Corrected an issue in which, the color of forces that became independent during a Historic Event would sometimes be the same color as that of an existing original force.
- Corrected the ordering of officers that have "Sworn Siblings" set under "Edit Orig. Officer".
- Corrected an issue in which, before starting a scenario, the UI items "Scenario Settings" and "Officer Settings" were displayed outside the "Confirm Settings" screen.
- Corrected an issue in which the year and month for save data and that which appeared in-game were not consistent.
- Corrected the settings of officers for some scenarios.
- Corrected typographical errors and messages.

■Function Expansion/Adjustments

- Added the scenario "The Han's Loyal Retainers".
- Improved the Employ AI for NPC forces.
- Adjusted how NPC forces prepare for counter attacks, as well as the AI for counter attacks.
- Now, scenario clear bonuses are received even when clearing a mid-game ending.
- Now, "Dual Destruction" can be executed against 2 forces in the same alliance.
- Added an initialize button to Edit Historical Officers.
- Now, from Edit Historical Officers, you can configure the setting "Died".
- Added functionality to turn autosaving on or off.
- Now, units of forces in the same alliance or coalition can pass by one another.
Now the names of buildings being built are yellow, and they become white when they are finished.
Now, after the application has started, the game window automatically becomes active.
Now, upon starting a scenario, officers that have already died do not appear under "Apply Historical Officer Edits".
Now, it can be determined whether edits to historical officers have been applied when viewing save data information.
Adjusted the balance of the "Suggestions" command "Restore Durability".
Now, if the settings for right-clicking and left-clicking a mouse are switched on a PC, the changes are also applied within the game.
Improved the AI to reduce the frequency of warnings that indicate buildings are being built by units of NPC forces.
Now, warning text appears before the mid-game ending is executed.
Added a shortcut function that enables "Yes" and "No" to be selected by pressing the keyboard keys "Y" and "N".

- Corrected an issue in which, after performing specific operations, the ruler's affiliated city was moved to a division other than the 1st, and the game would stop.
- Corrected an issue in which, after executing the event "The Love Triangle Plot: Conclusion (Other Successors)", the location of some officers became blank.
- Corrected an issue in which, under certain conditions, if a faraway location was selected for a unit's mid-point, the game would sometimes stop.
- Corrected an issue in which officers in delegated divisions would move incorrectly.
- Corrected an issue in which, if operations were performed when the End Game confirmation menu was displayed on some screens, the game would sometimes stop.
- Corrected an issue in which the movements of NPC units were sometimes unnatural.
- Corrected an issue in which, after performing certain operations, operations other than controlling the camera could not be performed, and the game could no longer be advanced.
- Corrected an issue in which, even though officers employed by using the "Suggestions" command "Recruit Officer" were currently returning, such officers would become the target of the "Reward" command.
Corrected the settings for officers and Foreign for some scenarios.
Corrected an issue in which the message that appears upon exiting the game was sometimes changed.
Corrected an issue in which, for the event "The Split of the Yuan Family", the officers from Yuan Tan's army would incorrectly inherit the Title settings from those when they were in Yuan Shao's army.
Corrected an issue in which "SE Volume" options for some sound effects were not applied.
Corrected an issue in which, the ordering in which officers were sorted on each menu under "Original Officer Settings" was not unified.
Corrected an issue in which ability changes due to having a condition were not taken into account for the event "No Longer the Ameng of Wu".
Corrected an issue in which the affiliations of officers were not set correctly for the event "The Split of the Yuan Family"
Corrected an issue in which, when changing portraits from Create Orig. Officer, portraits outside of the screen could incorrectly be focused on.
Corrected an issue in which, during the turn immediately after starting a scenario, the effects of adjacent areas were not received for original forces.
Made a correction to the "Suggestions" command to prevent multiple "Reinforce Units" suggestions from being made from a single city.
Corrected an issue in which, when setting the targets for a unit, the selected location and the cursor were misaligned.
Corrected an issue in which the behavior of the camera was unnatural if mouse operations were performed after starting a scenario.
Corrected an issue in which, if data was loaded for which the game was at a point immediately after a force had fallen during an "Event", the buildings of the fallen force would remain on the map.
Corrected an issue in which the camera could not be controlled correctly when using "Build".
Corrected an issue in which the border lines of cities were shown on the Create Orig. Force and the Position Orig. Officers screens.
Corrected an issue in which, if certain operations were performed, the range that bandit units could move were displayed.

Currently Known Issues (3/23/2020)



It has been noticed that enemy prisoners can't be taken when a player captures a base using the "Goose" formation after applying the March 19 game update.
The development team is in progress to fix the problem.
