Faith cost: 3
The lower health Parsee has, the more envier she is, giving her at most 250% attack speed and 130% movement speed

2nd spellcard: Jealousy Sign [Inner Rage]
Parsee's attacks infuse anger into enemies, giving them 40% more attach speed and movement speed, but suffer 68% more damage.
