Touhou Big Big Battle 4th Competition delayed announcement

Due to the latest 2V2 ranked mode still need some time to be tweaked
The competition that’s supposed to be live today will be delayed
3rd Competition’s rewards will still be distributed
Those who have accidently received the reward from the 2nd competition will be recalled
And again, sincere apology for the delay
The competition’s predicted to be ready before this Friday and bring forth the latest 2v2 ranked mode
