Here's a quick patch with some adjustments and fixes based on player reports and feedback!

Update 1.7.0 Change Log:
Bug Fixes:
-Moved the NPC Peasant in the Durgim's Mill Inn as he was blocking the Door to the Rented Room
Changes & Additions:
-Added a new Lore Note
-Reduced the Sound Level of Quest Events by 10% based on Player Feedback
NOTE: You need to start a new game if you encounter any issues, especially with quests.
