-Fixed Priest in Pyrshen Temple not Removing Diseased in some cases
-Fixed Crossing Plague Doctor Random World Map Event Costing 3 Lords instead of 6 (Old price)
-Fixed a Tileset Clipping Issue related to static Chests (Environment)

Changes & Additions:
-Moved an NPC starting Location in Pyrshen Commons District to avoid blocking the road
