A Commanding Wallpaper

[h2]Greetings!

We hope this finds you well and that you are enjoying this special time of year.

To boost your Holiday Spirits, we offer you our latest wallpaper.

Meet Captain Lamb.

Lamb hails from Texas. He is also a fatherly figure to the men of Nickel Company in spite of his youth. He's precisely the kind of man to lead them and he'll do just that...even if it kills him.

These wallpapers come in both PC and mobile device versions. In addition the these links, you can also find these images in the 'Art' tab. We hope you enjoy them.

We'll see you at the Officer's Club. The eggnog is on us!

[h2]Please join us in welcoming David and Craig to the team!

We would also like to thank all of you who have signed up to play test BoC. We will be contacting several more of you after the New Year!

An Early Christmas Present: Wallpaper!

We hope this Black Friday finds you all well and in one piece. Those stores can be brutal on this day.

This year, we would like to give you a little something to say thank you for all your incredible support.

Meet Lieutenant Wilson.

This grizzled veteran is your eldest platoon leader. He's the company 'old hand.' The coming campaign marks his twenty-fifth year in uniform - and his second world war. Wilson's been in the army from private to lieutenant. Sent around the world and back again to Europe, just in time for his second world war.

In addition the links provided here, you can find these wallpapers for PC and mobile devices in the 'Art' tab. We hope you like them.

We'll see you again very soon.

Cheers!
The Burden of Command Team

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Today is Thanksgiving for our friends in the U.S.A.

It is tradition that the American military does all it can to provide a hot turkey dinner to every soldier, sailor, and marine on this day. This holds true in both war and peace.

We offer our sincerest thanks to all those who serve in the cause of Freedom, no matter which uniform you wear...and especially to those in harm's way.

Thank you also to all of you awesome community members who continue to support Burden of Command. You inspire and motivate us every day.

We wish you the happiest and warmest of holidays,
The Burden of Command Team

PS: As a token of our appreciation, we plan to give you all an early Christmas present tomorrow. Be sure to tune in and see what it is!

Wrestling Pythons

We've been a bit slow in releasing news about game-related updates lately. The good news is that big things were happening behind the scenes.

You may recall a post a while back where we announced the addition of a new play tester named Chaim Krause.

Well, it turns out that Chaim is far more than a play tester. He has been instrumental in our upgrade from Python 2 to Python 3, which took A LOT of work. As you can see above, that's just a part of what Chaim has been up to.

As a result of his hard workd and dedication, Chaim has been promoted to Devops Engineer!

Thank you, Chaim! We couldn't have done it without you.

Sincerely,
The Burden of Command Team
