[p][/p][p]The latest update of Pawn of the Dead is about comfort. The camera perspectives and FOVs have been updated to make the game easier to play in 3D.[/p][p]And we removed a redundant element from the UI: The info box that used to say where you clicked and the name of the selected piece.[/p][p]The demo has been updated, too. It has the aforementioned visual improvements and fixes a Unity-related security vulnerability.[/p][p][/p]

[p]The latest update addresses a serious Unity related security vulnerability. It was recently discovered that all Windows, MacOS, Linux and Android games made with Unity 2017 and later might have this security vulnerability. Unity released new editor versions that fixes it, but all affected games still need to be rebuilt with the recent editor. [/p][p][/p][p]So Pawn of the Dead is re-built with recent Unity versions that fixes the vulnerability. Clown House 1 was updated yesterday, the rest of Aslan Game Studio games in Steam will be updated, too. [/p][p][/p][p]Besides the security fix, some visual details are slightly improved. Smaller file and ranks on the chessboard is one of these improvements. [/p]

Land of the Crescent: Games from Türkiye aims to celebrate the versatility and hard work of Türkiye’s video game development community over the last decades. Pawn of the Dead is a part of this event.

Ahmet Kamil Keleş (lead developer of the game) will be playing it in a live Let's Play to celebrate this event. It will be broadcast in Steam and Aslan Game Studio's YouTube channel and Facebook page.

Pawn of the Dead will be a part of Steam's Remote Play Together Fest, which will be held during Feb 12-19.

Pawn of the Dead has a better gamepad support now. Issues about DualSense has been solved. At right upper corner, correct gamepad glyphs are shown. Gamepad can rumble, too!

Also, improvements on visuals, optimization are made and some minor bugs are fixed.
