Hotfix 1.3.1

At 4:00PM CET / 7:00AM PST, we will begin deploying hotfix 1.3.1 (for PC only)!

This is a small patch fixes a bug that caused boxes to disappear in some cases, as well as fixes the inability to set up a barbed wire barricade.

During the patch deployment, servers may be temporarily unavailable. Game client update is required
