Hi everyone! The Eternal Edge + Beta is now out! We will be doing a Closed Beta until the end of the month! Our goal is to get your feedback on the latest game updates and progress so far. The team is working hard to continuously update the game.

New Closed Beta Demo Coming Soon!



This demo will include many of the brand-new features in Eternal Edge +. Since the Alpha, most systems have been improved/revamped to reflect changes we thought were necessary to give you a better experience on your journey.

Crafting:
Now Cross can craft items using materials he finds in the world. Having a tough time clearing events and completing quests? Craft yourself some better gear in order to give yourself an edge on the competition.
With crafting, you can also create as many of the same piece of equipment as you need, allowing you to take full advantage of the Equipment Combine System, which levels up your current items to make them stronger.
You can even craft ammo for your Falconite Revolver! But you'll have to find the fabled weapon first...

Equipment Elements:
Equipment now has the chance to drop with an Element! On weapons, this will give you unique upgrades with that weapon such as burning an enemy over time, stealing life, and slowing their movement. With shields and armor, you'll get special boosts to your stats. Oh, and watch out for enemies with Elemental Shields... They'll be weak against the right element type, but extremely resistant to the wrong one. In those cases where you're ill-matched, use your tools to overcome the battle.

Tools:
Tools also have Elements! It's up to you to figure out how to pair them in combat. Perhaps a Sword of Life Steal, Deathly Slugs for your Falconite Revolver, and some Slowing Bombs? Make sure you're ready for any situation.

We'll make another announcement when the Beta is ready for players.

Release notes!
What’s New:
● The Jump attack can now push enemies back a few feet.
● Enemies that are blocking now get pushed back and flinch when hit.
● 2-Handed weapon attacks are now faster.
● The old Voxel Runic enemies have been replaced with updated Crab environmental enemies.
● The HUD has been further cleaned up, and an option to disable on-screen controls has been added in the Settings tab of the Inventory.

What’s Been Fixed:
● Controller connect/disconnect has been fixed, allowing the game to update on-screen buttons properly as well as handle switching between controllers on the fly.
● The Lock-On Camera has been tweaked, allowing the player to take full control after the camera has panned to the locked enemy.
● A bug with Blocking has been fixed that had a random chance of injuring the player, regardless of the Shield being raised or not.
● The Player animation for dodge-rolling while locked on has been fixed.
● Keyboard input now buffers properly in shops.
