Hotfix 1.00.00.107 -Smooth lazers

- Recalibrated motion control mappings so that full range is easier to achieve (rotators used to need 180 degrees)
- Smoothed lazer pointer motion
- Fixed an issue with the Step Sequencer info popup not showing after being collapsed
