Server downtime - September 29

Please be aware that from 8:00 CEST on September 29 (11:00pm PDT, 9/28), the Conqueror’s Blade servers will be inaccessible. The downtime is expected to last for 6 hours.

During this time we will begin distributing rewards for Season IV's Campaign and to winners of the Conqueror's City.

Meanwhile, stay tuned to our Discord channel in case of any immediate server updates.

Fight for the Conqueror’s City via the Battle Interface until October 5

To celebrate the thrilling climax to the Blood of the Empire campaign, we are opening the gates of the Conqueror’s City to all! Players who couldn’t attack it during Season IV now have the chance to besiege the great city as a standalone Siege map.

The map is now in rotation for one week only, accessible via the Battle Interface (press ‘J’ to access). The gates will be barred on October 5 at 12:00 CEST, until Season V’s campaign gets fully underway.

The Conqueror's City was finally won on September 26 after another bloody season of ceaseless warfare. Old alliances were reconstituted and new ones formed as Houses rose and fell against the ancient ramparts, all of them fixated on raising their banners in a declaration of the ultimate victory. During the course of the next week, we look forward to more players attempting the same!

Producer Update: September 25, 2020

Hi everyone! My name is Ola, and for some time now I’ve been the Associate Producer for Conqueror’s Blade. I work with Jacek, who you may know from previous Producer Updates, and together we ensure that the game stays on the right path so you get the best gaming experience possible.

I worked on several other free-to-play titles before joining MY.GAMES, but being part of the Conqueror’s Blade team is really exciting for me, and I’m looking forward to the upcoming months and seasons! We received many questions from you since the last Producer Update, so here’s the first round of answers from me.

Are there any plans to bring new quality of life features to Conqueror’s Blade throughout Season V?

We’re always looking for possibilities and opportunities to introduce new quality of life features, and the launch of new seasons are always a great time to do this. We recently announced some new content coming in Season V: Legacy of Fire, and we recommend keeping an eye out for more upcoming news.

Are there plans to introduce unit voiceovers to Conqueror’s Blade?

As you may now know, we recently implemented new voiceovers in Conqueror’s Blade! In case you missed it, take a look at the article along with a trailer spotlighting the actors who brought the units to life. We hope you like it!

Players can spam artillery, making it a battle of “who has the most artillery?” rather than one of tactics and performance. Are there any plans to make changes to how artillery works in Siege Battles?

There are several things we’re looking into right now with regards to balance, and artillery is one of them. I can tell you that we’re considering some changes, but at the moment, it’s too early to share more details about it.

Are there any plans to implement a quest tracker for Unit Challenges or the option to view the Unit Challenge menu mid-battle?

We are planning to optimize this system, but this will be a gradual process.

Before the game launched, it was mentioned by a producer that a House Bank was in development. We would like to be able to trade things with our House members, so are there any plans to bring this to the game soon?

We are planning to introduce multiple changes to how Houses work and are maintained, and we do want to give more functions to House leaders and House members. However, this is a long term goal and will be rolled out in the future.

Are there any plans to make older units from the Unit Tree viable in battle? They are currently much weaker and less important than Seasonal Units.

Yes, that’s on our to-do list! Stay tuned for more information.

Are there plans to update the way the AI functions for Ranged Units? Many ranged units aim in the wrong direction, or simply do not fire at all when commanded.

Yes, this is something we’re continuously working on.

Are there any plans to allow Houses to upgrade fiefs they own to allow for more defensive capabilities? For example, fortifying walls, hiring AI Troops (which you can upgrade), more barricades, extra gates or siege positioning, etc.?

Our team really likes this idea, though it’s too early to say whether it’s going to be implemented, and, if so, when.

Are there any plans to bring different grades of Horses to the game, such as Epic-quality horses?

The variety of horse types, aesthetics, and specialisations is a topic that’s been on our radar since launch. However, this is not a critical focus for us, and we are currently focusing on different areas of game improvement and expansion.

That’s all for this round! Stay safe, and I’ll see you on the battlefield!

Your Friendly Neighbourhood Conqueror’s Blade Associate Producer, Ola (enyo).

Steppes (RU) Server Migrating to Crystal Sea (EU1)

On September 30, we plan to migrate the Steppes (RU) server to the Crystal Sea (EU1) server. From this date, players from both servers will be able to access their characters on Crystal Sea (EU1) with no impact to progression, items, or account status.

We’re always looking to ensure that Conqueror’s Blade players have the best experience we can possibly offer. We anticipate that this migration will give players faster matchmaking with less waiting time in Ranked Battles and Deathmatches, and up the ante for Territory Wars on a bigger, better, and more epic scale!

We’ve prepared an FAQ to cover the finer details on the upcoming server migration, and we’ll be monitoring your feedback and server performances over the coming weeks to make sure everything is working as it should.

What is a server migration?

This is a process where MY.GAMES and Booming Games will transfer all characters from one server to another. During this migration, characters and data from the Steppes (RU) server will be transferred to the Crystal Sea (EU1) server.

What steps should players take in preparation for the migration?

None, we will handle everything for you! Both servers will go down for maintenance on September 30, after which Steppes (RU) will be removed from the list of available servers, and all the characters from that server will be available on Crystal Sea (EU1). We will announce maintenance times closer to server migration.

How will I access the Crystal Sea (EU1) server?

You will be able to access the server Crystal Sea (EU1) from the server selection screen when loading up Conqueror’s Blade.

Will I keep all my characters from their original server(s)?

Yes, none of your characters will be affected by this migration, and all characters from both servers will appear in the same character list. For example, if you have three characters on Crystal Sea (EU1) and two characters on Steppes (RU), all five characters will appear on the Crystal Sea (EU1) list post-migration.

What will happen to my characters’ data?

Data bound to characters will remain unchanged. This includes, but is not limited to: Attributes, Skills, Attire, Units, Inventory, Supply Dump, Personal Storage, and Premium Account.

What will happen to my camp?

If your camp is situated in a Safe Zone or Trade Colonies, it will remain unchanged. If your camp is situated in other fiefs throughout the four regions, you will be moved to that region's Safe Zone and will receive a Cross-region Migration Token in your in-game mail.

What will happen to the Market?

The ability to list items on the Market will be disabled on September 25 at 12:00 CEST for both the Crystal Sea (EU1) and Steppes (RU) servers. All items, materials, and currency transactions will be combined. The status of materials will not change during this time, including their physical location (for example, if an item is being sold in Maoyang, it will stay in Maoyang). If expired materials are de-listed, a storage list will be generated where materials will be listed for players to claim once the migration is complete.

Will my Friends List and Block List be transferred to the new server?

Yes.

Will my House, House level, and House join requests be transferred?

Yes, your House will be transferred and its membership will remain unchanged. House levels will not be reset, and House join requests will remain unchanged.

Will Alliances be transferred?

Yes, Alliance diplomacy will not be reset, and Alliance join requests will remain unchanged.

Will territory ownership be transferred?

The ownership of occupied fiefs will be reset. Fief levels will be calculated according to their level on Crystal Sea (EU1).

Will the Borderlands close after the server migration?

No. The Borderlands and Border Posts will remain open until Season V: Legacy of Fire begins.

How long do I have to claim my rewards for the Season IV Campaign?

You will have from September 28 until maintenance for the server migration begins on September 30 to claim your rewards for this season's Campaign. You can do this via the Campaign window.

Will rankings in Ranked Matchmaking and other Leaderboards be reset?

House and Alliance Leaderboards will be reset. All other rankings and leaderboards will be recalculated based on the data of all players once the migration is complete.

What will happen if two characters have the same name?

If two characters have the same name, the one with the lowest level will have their name changed. If they are of the same level, the character that was created last will have its name changed. A 1 or 2 digit suffix will be added to any changed character names, and these players will receive a New Identity Document via their in-game mail to change their character name.

What will happen if two Houses have the same name?

If two Houses have the same name, the one that was created last will have its name changed. A 1 or 2 digit suffix will be added to the name, and the House Liege will receive a House Renewal Charter via their in-game mail to change their House name.

What will happen if two Alliances have the same name?

If two Alliances have the same name, the one that was created last will have its name changed. A 1 or 2 digit suffix will be added to the name, and Alliance Rulers will be informed via their in-game mail. It is not possible to change Alliance names.

What will happen to the Imperial Restorationists Legions and Cohorts?

Legions will be closed, all players will be kicked, and Legion rankings will be reset. Players will be able to join the Legions again if they desire once the migration is complete.

What will happen to my mail, will it be deleted after migration?

No, your mail and any attachments will be unaffected. You will be able to access them on the Crystal Sea (EU1) server.

What times will events start on Crystal Sea (EU1)?

Event times for this server remain unchanged, and this server operates based on the CEST/CET timezones. Full details can be found in the Event Schedule.
