fpsVR Updated - 1.3.2

The fpsVR has been updated with the following changes:

• Added: Motion Smoothing Setting (Motion Smoothing is feature of SteamVR beta, works only for Vive and Vive Pro). This setting available only with SteamVR beta.
  
• Reprojection settings now not visible in fpsVR. (This settings unavailable to use with latest updates of SteamVR).
