Formation and Co-op Skills
Greetings Captains!
We hope that you had a much better understanding of all the different characters and possible battle styles, through the previous posts explaining the battle skills of each class in MISTOVER.
In case you missed it, we have also started accepting pre-orders for the game since last Thursday!
There isn't much time left before the official release, so today we'd like to share with you a very important part of battle: formation.
MISTOVER features a 3X3 battle formation grid. In order to take advantage of all the diverse class skills, characters must be assigned to positions where those skills are usable!
For example, most of the Werewolf's skills require him to be in the front or center of the formation. Placing him in the back only allows him to use 2 of his 10 battle skills.
That's why it is important to place each class in the right position.

During battle, formation positions may randomly change because of skills cast by monsters or your Corps Crew.
Continuous maintenance of the front, center, and back of the formation is crucial. Similarly, you should strategically use skills that disrupt the enemy formation, forcing monsters to move.
One of the most exciting game elements in MISTOVER is when two different classes in specific positions come together to use special Co-op skills!

The Co-op skills introduced above are a subset of powerful battle skills because their range of effect includes either all enemies or all party members.
Co-op skills only become usable when a specific class is placed in front, behind, or next to another. Therefore, which characters you choose for your Corps Crew and what formation positions you assign them can radically alter how battles progress.
So, what do you think? Do you have what it takes to venture into the world of Mist with your Corps Crew and make it out alive?
Pre-order now, and prepare yourself for a challenging adventure where every split second decision counts! (Pre-order to get the game at a sale price!)
