[Beginner's Guide] MISTOVER's Town

Greetings Captains!

Today, we'll share all about the activities across Town that will help ensure your expeditions are safe and efficient.

MISTOVER's Town is the central location from which you'll prepare your Corps Crew to explore the dangerous dungeons in the world of Mist.

Expedition Center
(*The control keys in the screenshots may vary depending on the platform.)
  • Recruit new members and manage your Corps Crew.
  • Every week, recruits that are not hired will be switched out with new recruits that may know different battle skills. (Any Expedition Corps members rescued from dungeons will also be available for affordable prices.)

Training Camp
  • Corps Crew members with SP (skill points) gained from leveling up can learn new skills or increase the level of existing skills using "Train Battle Skill."
  • For a Corps Crew member to learn a new skill, another character that already knows it must be recruited. After the skill is passed down, the predecessor will disappear.
  • Characters also acquire passive Jinx skills as they level up, which can cause either positive or negative effects. Exchange an unfavorable Jinx for another random Jinx using "Modify Jinxes."

Alchemy Workshop
  • Items acquired in dungeons may have names in blue (Rare) or purple (Epic). They contain special attributes that can be revealed using "Evaluate Equipment." Evaluation requires "Mist," which can be found in Treasure Chests.
  • Use "Fuse Equipment" to improve items with unimpressive qualities, enhancing them with the attributes of other items.
  • Fusion requires "Essence." This can be obtained from Treasure Chests in dungeons, or by using "Disassemble Equipment."

Support Lab
  • Make requests that help the Corps Crew during expeditions and battles. Conduct research to increase maximum Fullness or Luminosity, expand space in Storage or the Bag, increase EXP or Gold acquisition, and more.
  • Research requires different types of "Journal" items that can be collected from Debris and Treasure Chests.

Storage
  • Check items purchased from the Shop or acquired during expeditions.
  • There is a limit to how much can be kept in the Storage. To free up space, either discard items or sell them to the Shop.

Shop
  • Buy items necessary for expeditions or sell unused items. Visiting the Shop is vital for making sure the Corps Crew has enough supplies to survive while exploring dungeons.
  • Depending on game progress, different types and quantities of items will be available.

Office
  • Accept requests from Stella and Heinrich that are tied to the storyline, and report back after fulfilling all the conditions.
  • Complete requests to receive helpful items for making progress in the game.

Pier
  • Use the Pier to visit the vortex and explore dangerous dungeons in the world of Mist.
  • Every week, the dungeons available in each area will change. Dungeons will have different sizes, levels of monsters, and acquirable items. Check the dungeon descriptions and evaluate the Corps Crew to decide which dungeon to clear.

Good Luck Surviving!
