Community Feedback and Development Plan

Greetings Captains,

It's been over a week since we had the MISTOVER Korea Meet-up. It was our very first time showing a full version of MISTOVER (as opposed to an event version like we had for PAX EAST and NicoNico), and we received various feedback from our players. The Aimo team is very thankful for all your feedback in the form of bugs, suggestions, and more.

We wanted to address these issues and come up with solutions to implement as quickly as we could.
  • Doomsday Clock:
Feedback: "It's difficult to understand how the Doomsday Clock works due to the lack of its description."
Improvement: We will show what gameplay affects the Doomsday Clock’s movement. However, displaying detailed information directly will not be appropriate for the concept of the Doomsday Clock, so it will be shown in a rather indirect way.

  • Skill balance:
Feedback: "The Co-op skills are too powerful." "Tanker class's taunt skills do not work well." etc.
Improvement: We will make adjustments to all skills of each class through continuous testing until our release.

  • Currency balance:
Feedback: "All currencies including gold are oversupplied." "They take up too many spaces in the bag." etc.
Improvement: The amount of currencies will be adjusted to the appropriate level through continuous testing. In addition, we are considering adjusting the space-consuming rules for the currencies in many different ways.

  • Shortcut key in the expedition:
Feedback: "It's cumbersome for repeated use of functions such as …Formation reset," "…use of food," "…use of Light Flower" in the expedition.
Improvement: We will add shortcut keys for frequently used functions to make them easier to use.

  • Result screen after the expedition:
Feedback: "Items acquired during the expedition are displayed in a really messy way."
Improvement: UI will be modified to make the acquired items easier to see.

  • Warning sign and Start button change:
Feedback: "Due to the nature of the roguelike genre, each expedition and each battle has a great impact on the story progress.”
Improvement: UI will be modified in a way that can be started by pressing and holding the button.

  • Add Corps Crew sort criterion:
Feedback: "You can hire a new crew every week and learn skills. You need to check them frequently, but it's inconvenient to see because you can't sort them neatly."
Improvement: More sort of criteria will be added to make the list better.

  • Classification of Main and sub-quests:
Feedback: “It's difficult to know which quest is more important between quests.”
Improvement: We will add more colors to distinguish between main and sub-quests.

The Aimo team is at the final stage of developing MISTOVER, but we acknowledge so many things from your feedback. We read your reviews and comments on our news thoroughly.

It was really great to meet fans who are passionate enough to advise on our game. The Aimo team will continue to communicate with the community in order to improve our game all the way up to our release.

Good Luck Surviving!
