Weekend Deal is Live!

After a lot of hard work since we launched in July, Killsquad is beginning to show clear improvement: reviews are rising (13% up 2 weeks, and we expect the trend to continue and enter the "Mostly Positive" region soon), concurrent players have tripled in the last month (which we attribute to the Jump in mid-contract mechanic), and we have released 3 major updates which have greatly increased the longevity of the game. Here's what we've dropped so far:
- Colosseum, which gives you an endgame-style battle arena
- Federation, which enrichs the Veteran contracts with a new faction, and brought Permanent Progression into the game and tons of goodies
- Plague, which brings cursed contracts, which are helluva fun to play with your friends, and new Spec Ops contract
As a result, we read a review the other day of a player clocking 375 hours played and giving the thumbs up. And that's exactly the game we want to be!
A lot of hard work still remains. In our recent Gathering, we announced 3 new bosses which we're working on for the Christmas update, and a new Quest system which should improve the game and make it deeper. We want Killsquad to grow. And, to do so, we'd love more people to play it!
That's why we're starting our Christmas season with a huge bang! We've been chosen to be this weekend's Steam Weekend deal. What does this mean to you? More game, less money! Here we go:
