Update 1.17

Update 1.17 revamps the finance system to make the game both more flexible AND have consequences based on your money management.
Previously, fighters and coaches could only be recruited if your monthly income was high enough – this was purely based off of income from classes, not from your money in the bank.
Now, you can make offers that as long as your total cash amount can support, they can go through without that arbitrary limitation. The new offer formula is income from classes + bank / 12
In addition to this, expenses are now being calculated by adding up your fighter and coach contracts, along with rent. (Previously, only fighter contracts and an arbitrary class expense were being calculated) If you cannot pay your expenses, your highest contract amount fighter will leave. If you run out of fighters, coaches will start leaving.
There will be a warning in the mail if a month starts and your total cash is lower than your expenses.
As a result of this, I bumped the starting money amount of money up from $10000 to $40000 to make it easier to get used to. I might change this later, depending on feedback.
Expenses used to be subtracted on an arbitrary date, they are now subtracted at the end of each month. Income is added on the first of each month.

To make tracking all of this data easier, I’ve added a finance breakdown modal that can be accessed from the gym screen. It will show you how much you’re paying for every fighter, coach, and rent. It will also show how much income you’re generating from fights and classes. (Income is also displayed as class income + monthly fight income on the main screen)

Misc notes:
- Created fighters are still free to make and I have extended their contract to 10 years.
- Fixed a bug that caused certain mail to not save.
- Fixed contract values not loading.
