Text chat, Graphics and controller improvements (ver 0.23)

We encourage you to update the game to version 0.23 so there is no split of audience and everything work correctly in the game.

Update includes:
- Improved stability
- Better anti-aliasing
- Better motion blur
- Better texture filtration algorithm
- Much smoother character movement
- Some traps become more challenging
- Text chat for coop game modes (Press Y) If you don't know there is voice chat in the game also (Hold C)
- Portuguese language: Special thanks to João Marcos Cury
- Map is available after game over: You can use in Spectate mode and help your friends or random people to navigate in rooms by voice chat or text chat
- You will be notified in the game if your version is outdated
- Throwing boots after death bug fix
- Minor bug fixes
