How will this work?
Its very simple:
Mobile players can play on Mobile servers or Crossplatform servers. If you don't want to play with PC players, you don't have to. If you want to, you can!
PC players can only play on Crossplatform servers. The only way a PC player can play with a Mobile player is if the Mobile player connects to a Crossplatform server.
Can I play with my Mobile account on PC?
You can! On PC there is an option to link your Mobile account to your Steam account so you can use the same account on both Mobile and PC
Can PC and Mobile players play together?
Yes, as long as the Mobile player connects to a Crossplatform server. If you try to join a friend who is on a Crossplatform server you will get a popup to switch servers just like if they were on EU and you were on NA.
