Steel Divison 2 - Patch 1.4

IMPROVEMENTS:
  • The Slow Speed option in skirmish has been changed from x0.5 normal speed to 0.33.


FIXES:
  • Fixed the Skirmish random map selection option.
  • Fixed the air losses in Army General.
  • Fixed the air deployment bonus in Army General.
  • Fixed the building color when hiding the HUD during replay.
  • Fixed the 2/4/6 (no vet) availability pattern’s XP ratio over the board.
  • Fixed the radio observers’ XP ratio over the board.
  • Set all the Churchill variants' traverse speed at 15°/s (some had 30).
  • Fixed the BM-8-24's RTS icon.
  • Fixed M4 HST's gunner's model.
  • Fixed Me 109 G-6 (Kovacs) & Me 109 G-6/R6 (GER)'s models.
  • Fixed Jäger GrW 120mm's model.
  • Fixed the Regiments-Gruppe 112 which couuldn't dig in in Army General's Bobruisk campaign.
  • Fixed the _DEPREC unit in various German Füsilier Bataillon in Army General.
  • Fixed the SD1-style pictures of Luftwaffe infantry units in Army General
  • (Beresina) Added missing transports to KG Flörke’s Stabs & Stosskompanie in Army General.
  • Fixed DB-73 & DB-7B evacuation.


BALANCING:


GENERIC:
  • Rehauled howitzers (towed or SP):
    • Unchanged light howitzers (75-76,2mm).
    • Increased medium howitzers (87,6mm-122mm)’ aim time from 20 to 30s. RoF stays the same, but accuracy slightly improved.
    • Increased heavy howitzers (40mm+)’ aim time from 30 to 40s. RoF stays the same, but accuracy improved.
  • Decreased radio observers’ aim time bonus.
  • Increased Kwk 37 L/24 (German short 75mm gun)’s rate of fire from 6 to 12! This affects: Panzer III N, Panzer IV C & F1 (including Soviet one), SdKfz. 250/8, 251/9, 233 & 234/3, StuG III E.
  • Decreased all 2-man Panzerschreck teams' price from 30 to 25.
  • Decreased all 2-man Bazooka teams' price from 25 to 20.
  • Decreased all M-30 122mm howitzer variants’ price from 95 to 90.
  • Decreased OB-25's XP ratio in all divisions, to match that of the IG 18.
  • Changed Slutsk's west objective's placement.


AXIS:
  • German FK 288 AT gun loses its radio trait.
  • German FK 231 howitzer gains the radio trait.
  • increased the German & Hungarian le.FH 18M howitzer’s range from 10,5 to 12,5km.
  • increased German & Hungarian BMW R.75's ammunition from 500 to 800 rounds.
  • Changed the German SPW 233’s top armor from Strong to Weak.
  • Added 4x HEAT rounds to German IG 33 infantry gun.
  • Added 12x HEAT rounds to German Panzer III N.
  • Decreased German SdKfz. 251/16’s price from 45 to 25.

Hello everyone,

The update 1.3 is finally back! Thanks a lot for helping us tracking the nasty last-minute bug that prevented us from releasing this update earlier!

Here's the patch log:
IMPROVEMENTS
  • Added links to the fantastic video tutorials made by VulcanHDGaming and SaucyNetwork
  • Army General: Selecting a fortified battalion now displays the available defensive structures
  • Army General: Improved Attack feedback

FIXES
  • Fixed a crash happening when clicking on Ranked or Quick Games.
  • Fixed visual glitches happening when viewing a replay in high speed.
  • Fixed a rare glitch allowing non-amphibious vehicles to cross rivers.
  • Fixed line of sight issues on the Benshankovichy map.
  • Fixed the losses not taken in account after loading a tactical game in Army General.
  • Fixed a rare bug preventing attacks in Army General.
  • Fixed the "Custom" map selection not kept in memory after leaving the lobby.
  • Fixed some Army General frontline's strange behaviour.
  • Fixed the "East Only" filter in the multiplayer lobby.

  • Fixed two Soviet reinforcement groups' picture in Bobruisk campaign.
  • Fixed Soviet Bunker AT 45mm's weapon which was a PaK 38 50mm.
  • Fixed some Canadian infantry squads featuring non-Canadian models.
  • Fixed M3S Komroti (= Lee)’s display bug showing only one MG (although it did have two ingame)
  • Fixed Hungarian FW 190 F-8, fighter variant, stress.
  • Fixed the missing hull MG on the M8 Scott (all variants).
  • Fixed the Soviet Dzhip KAO (152mm)’s missing RTS icon.
  • (3rdUS) Removed the unarmed transport options in double for the Commander.
BALANCING
GENERAL
  • Increased heavy supply vehicles’ price from 15 to 20.
  • Reworked Infantry artillery observers: all are down to 2-man team with SMG but with the combo Radio+Recon traits (therefore, not affecting the frontline anymore). Price set at 20.
  • Removed Lenina 1v1 and Ostrowno 1v1 from Quick Match and Ranked Games.
AXIS
  • Replaced Hungarian Bunker 75mm's Pak 97/38 gun with a PaK 40.
  • Increased German Brummbär’s front armor from 100 to 115mm. Price increased from 80 to 85.
  • (28Jäger) Fixed FW 190 F-8's availability.
  • (28Jäger) Fixed the Schwimmwagen’s XP ratios.
  • (116Pz) Fixed the Hummel’s XP ratios.
  • (1Lovas) Fixed the 105mm “Göring” howitzer’s XP ratios to match that (more generous) of other leFH18M 105mm.
  • (352ID) Changed the le.FH 16 105mm’s availability from 5/10/15 to 3/6/9 as other 105mm. Number of cards unchanged since it was never supposed to have so many.
  • (352ID) Fixed Me 109 G-2/R1's availability.
ALLIES
  • Fixed T34/85 Komroti's XP ratios.
  • Increased SU-152’s rear & side armor from 45 to 60mm. Price increased from 75 to 80.
  • (3rd Gv. Mech.) Fixed Il-4 availability.
