Patch 0.5.0.9 Released

Patch 0.5.0.9 has been released to the beta branch.

Changes:

• Fixed campaign interface sounds ignoring options volume levels
  
• Added machine group indicators to machine pages in tablet manual
  
• Enhanced machine group chooser window
  
• Split import and export machine groups
  
• Updated several machine groups to prevent overfilling
