Version 2.2.2 released

We released a small patch to address open issues:

• Tutorial 6 now ends reliable (100% chance that the bandit camp gets discovered)
  
• Harbor can now be reached by all Townies
  
• Went through the quest scripts to hopefully fix all problems with some quests like bandit raids, earn prestige or merchant not coming to town anymore
  
• Fixed a problem with Vsync not saving/working correctly
