Small update and a patch for minor fixes.

Improvements

• Added some trait-specific dialogue that had been cut
  
• Drones now pick up the fullest tank available if it is fuller than the one currently being carried, even when 'wait for full tank' is disabled
  
• Easier to click on Rover cockpit
