A few fixes.

• Opening an email in resolutions with more square aspect ratios will no longer have an overlapping 'OK' button.
  
• Vestigial 'Negotiate' option for Daxia removed.
  
• Can no longer modify the space elevator when it's already been modified in the optimal way.
