We have some exciting news to share with you! Dark Envoy has been selected as one of the featured games at TactiCon, a digital convention on Steam that celebrates strategy video games. We are honored to be part of this festival that highlights the brilliant and creative minds behind tactical games and gathers players who love them.

TactiCon will also feature panels and talks by passionate developers and publishers:

May 18th at 10AM PT: "Developing Strategies for Strategy Games"
May 19th at 12PM PT: "The Art of Tactics"
May 20th at 2PM PT: "Building Worlds with Narrative and Gameplay"

To all adventurers!

Today we're thrilled to share with you some insight into the universe of Dark Envoy. Our game tells the story of two siblings, Malakai and Kaela, born and raised in Jäan, an alternative dimension to the world from Tower of Time. Their world is inhabited by a variety of races, of which the youngest one, humans, appeared here quite recently…

Because of their abrupt arrival, humans were always considered different from the other inhabitants. Humans weren't ostracized per se, but the "younger siblings" treatment everyone gave them shaped their worldview and their desire for independence. This divide was the catalyst for the conflict between the League, which represents the allied forces of old, and the human Empire.



What also contributed to the rift between the factions was their attitude towards magic. The magical abilities of humans were inferior to those of the old inhabitants of Jäan. This became a principle by which the newcomers were judged. To make up for that lack of potential, humans turned to technology. Their inventions quickly started to rival magic, which greatly worried the former hegemons. Their magic now had competition.

We've been hard at work developing a story that will draw you into this world, and we're excited to share it with you. Stay tuned for more updates on the game, and we look forward to seeing you in Dark Envoy.

Get ready for some action! Today we'd like to bring you a video that showcases the devastating power of the Adept/Elementalist specialization in Dark Envoy!

Elementalist manages a perfect balance between all four elements. Using their combined power, they can devastate enemy formations with plenty of area effects.

The video features two signature skills that will make your enemies freeze in fear or burn them away from the battlefield. Meteor Blast lets you summon a fiery explosion, while Frost Breath allows you to channel a stream of cold that freezes your foes in place, dealing heavy damage over time.

[h2]Today marks a special milestone for us as we celebrate the 5th anniversary of Tower of Time on Steam.[/h2]

It's hard to believe that it's already been five years since we released the game, but what a journey it has been! We're incredibly grateful for the support that you have shown us throughout the years.

When we set out to create Tower of Time, we wanted to craft an RPG that was different from anything else out there. We wanted to make sure that the story wouldn't let you go, and the combat would be challenging enough to inspire your tactical creativity. Time has proven that we've probably been able to deliver on that promise, as so many new players continue to rediscover Tower of Time five years after the game's release.

Tower of Time was our first game, and your overwhelmingly positive feedback has encouraged us to work on our second game, Dark Envoy, which will be released later this year. Without you, we'd never have gotten this far. Thanks for playing Tower of Time and for believing in us with Dark Envoy 💖
