Patch 1.3.3.3 - Fixes a crash which caused terraces to disappear

Very sorry this patch is so late. I am super busy with working on Grim Nights 2 and life in general, but I decided to take at least a little time to remove this bug.

This patch also fixes so the colors of banners does not get randomized upon loading a game.
