Added the friend features.
- You can send friend requests to other users, and when they accept them, you will be their friend.
- You can send friend requests to participants in the same room or send from the owner information of the room and the user information of a VCI.
- When you become friends with a user, you can see where the friend is, jump to where the friend is, and invite the friend to your current room.

A sound effect has been added to the selection of messages for Twitter posting.
Modified the placement of icons in the ring menu.
Your frame rate no longer affects the speed of locomotion.
Your avatar size no longer affects the speed of locomotion.
Improved the "Items in the Room" menu in the ring menu.
- You can now check who spawned each VCI. When there are multiple instances of the same VCI, selecting a button that represents a kind of VCI will show you the list of all VCIs of that kind.
- Selecting a VCI from the list of VCIs will highlight the VCI selected and the details menu will open up for the selected VCI.

[h3]Bug fixes[/h3]

Fixed the issue where grabbing a camera monitor with two users simultaneously caused it to move unexpectedly when ungrabbed.
Fixed the issue where setting the locomotion speed and jump strength within a room will result in a non-integer value being set.
Fixed the issue where photo capture cameras in rooms are being initialized with maximum zoom state.
