You asked me about this yesterday. And I add this today:
- If Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand are pro-Chinese, then you can threaten Laos to establish friendship with you
- If Cambodia lost in a war with Vietnam and Vietnam lost in a war with China, then not only Vietnam, but a Cambodia too enters your alliance
- You can now trade with Sirya!
