Fixed a bug which could cause your building to demolish in PvP after demolishing a building, and a bug which sometimes prevented access to loadout.

New Feature: A new premium option in settings allow premium mode players to disable or enable heckles, for those who prefer not to engage in trash talk.
Leaderboards and Notoriety score is now calculated correctly after each PvP battle.
