New map : Whisps of Hashima

Another map joined the official pool for the matchmaking. It will send you straight to japan on the abandoned island of Hashima ! Prepare your shotgun and get your knife ready for some close quarter combat in this densely urbanized island.

Changelog :
- Added new map in the official map pool : Whisps of Hashima
- Changed OverrideModCycle custom server parameter default value from true to false
- Reset correctly OverrideModCycle custom server parameter button
- Fixed a bug where a player joining a custom server using a ModCycle wouldn't apply the configuration correctly
