Bugfix update

We made an update aiming to fix the black screen bug happening in Custom server and Local mod.

Changelog :

• Various changes that should help the game reconnect to the server if it failed
  
• Local mod is now using a offline mode instead of creating an hidden server
  
• Removed cactus on Desert parables official map
