Little patch

Hello!
Little patch on night vision and shotgun
- Cooling down period for shotgun reduced to 1 second
- Collision trigger box for enabling/disabling night vision reduced in size and moved to the top/back of your head.
These are not final changes, so it will take couple more patches to fine tune it.
