Update Notes for Aug. 16

New update available on War Dust!
changelog :
- Added stars ranking for bots on the scoreboard
- Limited length of names on the scoreboard to 15 characters to prevent overlapping on other game stats
- Disabled anti-spawn camping feature on mod servers (not tested, but should work)
- Also more RAM optimization, should be about 5GB now (more players higher usage)
- Some changes on room logic
