Another update this week!

Changelog :

- Added option to turn on or off steam avatars
- Spawn room tweaks
- Added animated weapons during their selection
- Further tweaks on GUI
- Added new skin for the parachute. It will be applied only to league winners !
- Added league info in spawn rooms and discord link in main menu
- Increased damage on C1911 about 10%
- Added Reflex Sight to M9 on Engineer and Medic/Support
- Couple small minor fixes
