The power rating formula has been reworked to consider more factors in its calculation.

Bug Fixes:
- The Steam Achievements now unlock retroactively
- Fixed the bug that caused some users to lose PVP Tickets
- Fixed a text issue regarding Campaign 3 Level 40 Pre-level tab
