Sierra the Gamer Girl!

**Event**
A new character event has just begun featuring Sierra who's apparently a fellow Crystal Maidens player! Complete objectives to unlock her and help the community with the global objective to unlock exclusive rewards!

The event ends on August 19th!

**Balance**
- CDR has been hard capped at 70%.
- The Templar's Best Friend item has had its CDR changed to HP.
- The Ultimate Kohani Choker item has had its HP correctly changed to damage like the base item.

**Features**
You may notice a different wording for damage displayed on items. BA stands for basic attacks and this display change is simply because we’ll be having different types of damage in the near future that affect skill damage, basic attacks or both.

**Bug Fixes**
- Fixed an issue where the inventory would appear blank if you had previously closed it while on the ingredients tab.
- Fixed an issue where Alice's skill would sometimes go on cooldown without casting new minions if she was too close to an opponent.
- Fixed an issue that prevented Eve from targeting the furthest enemy within range when auto casting.
- Fixed 21 other issues related to upcoming content.
