Added a 10-second cooldown to switching teams.
Fixed the bug that Camera Shift did not take effect when enabled. Now the head-shaking can be turned on/off by switching the Camera Shift option.
Addressed miscellaneous speed issues on climbable objects.
Addressed miscellaneous issues in Spectator Mode.
