Community Manager for China

We are looking for experienced and supportive person who will join our team as Community Manager for China - remotely or in our office in Warsaw!

Qualifications:
• Fluent (native) knowledge of Chinese and communicative level of English/Polish
• Open minded, good-hearted and supportive
• Experience with Photoshop and basic graphics creation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps Suite

Responsibilities:
• Track social media, across all digital platforms we are present in China
• Day-to-day Chinese community management of social platforms, including daily activity moderation and community engagement across social networks and forums
• Adapt the weekly analytic reports to present best performing tactics and key conversational threads with the aim to improve strategy, brand positioning, and audience growth
• Work with the dev team to identify trends and issues the community and partners are facing and be the liaison for helping resolve these issues

Our studio is located in Warsaw city centre, in modern office building, with great view and huge terrace but now we are working remotely. This position can be done full time remotely.
