[Announcement] Reinforcement Stone Reinforcement Rate Table Tooltip Fix

Hello, Heroes of Bermesiah!

We have found an error in the reinforcement rank rate for 17→18, which was added to the update on August 16th.
The error is fixed as of now.

Although we conducted a testing process for the Reinforcement Scrolls, we missed an error in the notes.
We recognized the error in the rate table later and have fixed it straightaway.
We apologize for the confusion caused by all this.

After we have found an error, we have ran a more detailed run where we ran much more trials to reduce the error value.
And we re-checked the trials to ensure that we can conclude with certainty.

We apologize again for the inconvenience towards the players who enjoy GrandChase Classic.
We will work harder to create a better GrandChase Classic for everyone to enjoy.

We will strive to create the best experience possible.
Thank you.

[Announcement] (Completed) Server Maintenance

Hello, Heroes of Bermesiah!

Server maintenance will be conducted to fix the bugs below.

Adjusted the HP Ratio of Void Raid to reflect the number of party members.
- Increased the HP when there are 1, 2, or 3 players and reduced the HP when there are 4 players.
- Certain skill pattern timing will be adjusted in accordance.

We have changed party play so that it is more rewarding.
After a close examination of the data, we realized that smaller party has performed better contrary to our intentions. In order to promote party play, we have decided to adjust so that more players will be inclined to play as a party.

- Fixed a bug where using certain items disabled the use of Berkas' Property Select Scroll
- Fixed a bug where items for certain characters were abnormally registered in the Upgrade tab
- Fixed a bug where the background and platform would be abnormally displayed in certain dungeons

We will strive to create the best experience possible.
Thank you.

[Announcement] New Raid 'Void' Additional Words

Hello Heroes of Bermesiah,

We'd like to apologize for lack of description regarding the new raid 'Void' in the previous announcement. We have taken note of the concern around Ancient Grade Equipment and Stat Change. We'd like to explain why such changes were made.

This Raid is a new content of vertical progression. It has been 2 years since such contents were added to the game. Due to the growth structure, GrandChase has a system where players with high battle power plays together with those at the low battle power. This is why the developers have not updated the vertical progression. If the game undergoes constant vertical progression, the gap in battle power between the players will grow, causing certain players to be left out. This will cause new and returning players to feel such contents to be gatekeeping.
Also, raising multiple characters has been taxing on players in terms of growth. Therefore, we have been planning on expanding the current raid content over multiple stages. And with the slow expansion speed, we have planned on requiring a lot of time and effort to acquire new equipment so that farm content will not be depleted in a short period of time.

Before, the growth system for GrandChase ultimately looked towards "True Iron Dragon Equipment" as the end goal. Since "True Iron Dragon Equipment" was the end-game equipment for a long time, players have put vast amounts of time and effort into strengthening such equipment. We thought that adding far better new equipment would instantly render the True Iron Dragon equipment useless. Therefore, we had planned on "True Iron Dragon Equipment" to be relevant until "Voidal Devourer Equipment" could be grown to a certain point. To do so, we decided to break down new equipment into different stages and go through a long update.

We'd like to also explain the additional scrolls added this patch.
Players can use "Single Stat Change Scroll" to change the stats on "Voidal Devourer Equipment".
Players will be able to acquire "Single Stat Change Scroll" from various places to grow their equipment.
"Single Stat Change Scroll" drops from "Void" Raid Dungeon and can be acquired from Weekly Quests as well. "Single Stat Drop Protection Scroll" and "Reinforcement Scroll (+17)" that were added can also be acquired from Raid Dungeons.
Although "Void" Raid is the only raid dungeon that drops these scrolls, we plan on adding new dungeons so that players can have a wider variety of place of acquisition for these scrolls.

■ Reward Table based on Stage Defeated (Players will acquire reward for the highest Stage cleared)

We have taken note of player suggestions after the announcement went live. We have decided to increase the minimum value of the stat determined from using Single Stat Change Scroll.
We have also added "Taint Resistance, Back Attack Damage, EXP Gain Increase, Hell Spear Chance Increase, and Hell Spear Damage Increase" to property list so that players can try out various types of equipment.
Also, we have removed "Level Requirement Reduction" property since we deemed it to be unnecessary for end-game equipment.
We will continue to adjust the system so that we improve player experience as whole.

Since this is a crucial update that has been planned over a long period of time, we have been careful with setting up places of acquisition and chance of acquisition.
If the number of acquisitions is too slow or too little, we will adjust in near future based on community feedback as we have done so back in May 24th.
We believe that players could grow stronger without investing too much money in GrandChase is because players have had various events and event dungeons to receive major items directly correlating to their growth.
We will ensure that players do not feel that their gameplay becomes too hard. In the meantime, we ask players to provide us with feedback so that we stay on the right course.

We'd like to apologize again for the lack of description with the update.
We will go over every community feedback sent to us so that we create a better Raid content that all players can enjoy.

We hope that you enjoy our new raid: "Void".
Thank you.
